CRG Consulting (Pty) Ltd specializes in Skills Development Facilitation (SDF); including both Mandatory, however specializes in Discretionary Grant Applications. Employment Equity compliance (EE) using an online portal as well as Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Consulting.
CRG commemorated its 10th anniversary in 2024, boasting a dedicated team comprising 6 staff members.

Skills Development Facilitation
"SDF" stands for "Skills Development Facilitator." A Skills Development Facilitator is an individual responsible for facilitating and overseeing skills development initiatives within an organization and liaising with the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA)
The SDF role involves tasks such as skills development planning, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs), employee development, and fostering communication and awareness related to skills development programs.
