As we approach 2024, CRG Consulting is excited to commemorate its 10th anniversary, boasting a dedicated team comprising 4 staff members, 1 intern, and 1 Y4Y learner.

Skills Development Facilitation

"SDF" stands for "Skills Development Facilitator." A Skills Development Facilitator is an individual responsible for facilitating and overseeing skills development initiatives within an organization and liaising with the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA)

The SDF role involves tasks such as skills development planning, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs), employee development, and fostering communication and awareness related to skills development programs.

Employment Equity

Employment Equity is to promote equal opportunities and fair treatment in the workplace, addressing issues related to discrimination and ensuring diversity.

Employment Equity measures encompass several key elements. First and foremost is the pursuit of Equitable Representation, aiming to ensure a fair and proportional distribution of diverse talent within the workforce.

This involves Non-Discrimination policies and practices, actively working against any form of bias or prejudice in employment. Additionally, Affirmative Action strategies may be implemented to address historical imbalances and promote equal opportunities. Reporting and Compliance play a crucial role, as businesses are often obligated to provide regular reports on their employment equity initiatives, demonstrating their commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
